Both our Calm the F*ck Down Retreats and Carer’s Support and Development Retreats are held in beautiful, nature-based locations.
Each weekend is created with the same intention…
to support your nervous system, your wellbeing, and give you space to truly rest and feel nourished.
It’s about supporting you as a whole — emotionally, spiritually, and practically — so you can relax while you’re there, and still have simple tools to come back to in everyday life.

Before I list everything that’s included in our Calm the F*ck Down retreat in May 2026… I want you to feel into what this weekend is actually like.
From the moment you arrive, things begin to soften.
There’s nothing you need to organise. Nothing you need to hold together.
You’re not rushing.
You’re not thinking about what’s next.
You’re just… here.
Your shoulders start to drop.
Your breath slows down.
Your body begins to feel safe enough to relax.
Mornings are slow.
Conversations feel easy.
The space feels calm, supportive, and unpressured.
You’re gently guided and supported.
And for a couple of days…
you don’t have to be the one holding everything together.
You get to be held.

🌿 ABOUT OUR RETREATS
Our women’s retreats came from a shared vision between Erin (Mad Fitness & Connections) and I in 2023, after seeing just how many women were running on empty… constantly giving, and rarely having space to receive.
Our Calm the F*ck Down Retreats are for women who need space to slow down, reset, and regulate.
Our Carer’s Support and Development Retreats are especially for those women who spend so much of their lives caring for others — offering a deeply nurturing space to rest, refill, and feel supported.
While each retreat has its own focus, the heart of them is the same…
a space where you don’t have to hold everything together.
