As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, my approach blends both the practical and the intuitive.

Together, we work with your subconscious mind to gently uncover and shift the patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses that may be keeping you stuck — while also supporting your nervous system to feel safe enough to change.

Alongside the clinical tools, I also create space for deeper connection…
helping you tune into your inner world, your own awareness, and the part of you that already knows what you need.

While much of my work is grounded in clinical training, it also honours the deeper layers of who you are.

What we experience isn’t just felt in the mind… it’s felt in the body, held in the nervous system, and often carried beneath the surface.

I believe true change happens when we bring the mind, body, and inner awareness back into balance…
and allow them to come into alignment.

From this place, things begin to shift more naturally —
with less force, and more understanding.

• CBT-informed techniques (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)
• Subconscious reprogramming
• Guided visualisation and imagery work
• Nervous system regulation practices

Each session is guided by you and what you need — there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
