Wild Hearts Well-being
A nurturing space for kids in Grades 4–7 to slow down, connect, and feel good within themselves. Wild Hearts is for children who feel deeply, think deeply, and sometimes get a little overwhelmed by it all. It’s a space where they can come exactly as they are… to be supported, understood, and gently guided as they learn more about themselves.
🌿 WHAT WE FOCUS ON
As a Hypnotherapist — and a mum who truly understands what it’s like to support an anxious child — I gently weave in simple tools I have learnt to help children feel calmer, more confident, and better able to move through big emotions.
Each session blends simple, powerful practices to help kids:
• understand and express their emotions
• calm their nervous system when they feel overwhelmed
• build confidence and self-belief
• connect with others and form meaningful friendships
• feel safe being themselves
🌿 WHAT A SESSION LOOKS LIKE
Each Wild Hearts well-being session is gently structured, while still allowing space for creativity and connection.
We usually include:
• circle time and sharing
• fun activities, games, or creative expression
• movement, dance, or outdoor time
• calming practices like breathwork or mindfulness
• a short guided meditation to help them relax and reset
Everything is designed to feel supportive — never forced or overwhelming.
🌿 THE TOOLS THEY LEARN
Throughout the term, children are introduced to simple tools they can use in everyday life, including:
• calming breathing techniques
• ways to manage big emotions
• grounding practices to feel safe and steady
• positive self-talk and confidence building
• gentle self-care habits
These are tools they can take home and use at school, with friends, and in daily life.
🌿 WHY PARENTS LOVE IT
Parents often notice their children becoming:
• more confident and open
• better at expressing their feelings
• calmer when big emotions come up
• more connected socially
• more aware of themselves and others
🌿 A SPACE THAT FEELS SAFE
More than anything, Wild Hearts is about creating a space where kids feel safe, seen, supported and accepted for who they are.
There’s no pressure to be anything other than themselves.

Testimonials
Our daughter had previously experienced anxiety and found it challenging to expand her friendships, as she had a quieter personality. She was soon to be approaching high school, so we decided to give ‘Wild Hearts’ classes a try, in the hope of challenging her to make new friends in a completely new environment. When we told her about the classes, her response to us was, ‘I would never do that to my daughter.’
Although, the response we got after her first ‘Wild Hearts’ class was, ‘I loved it,’ and she has been going ever since! She tells us that she never wants to stop going! She has gained confidence, made new friends, become happier within her own self-identity, and gained calming strategies to deal with everyday challenges.
She absolutely loves her teacher Kylee, who is extremely nurturing, loving, and truly cares about the wellbeing of the students in her classes. It is a wonderful gift to have another adult figure, outside of the family circle, who our daughter trusts and loves.
Thank you for what you do!
Kristin
Empowerment and joy are the two words that come to mind when I think about the journey my daughter has been on since joining Wild Hearts and having Kylee in our lives.
She loves meeting new friends, exploring emotions, discussing the ups and downs of being a girl in this world, and most importantly, dancing her worries away to let in more joy.
Kylee is an amazing guide and mentor who genuinely cares about empowering these girls with the tools to support their mental health and well-being.
When I asked my daughter to describe Wild Hearts, she said with great expression,
“It’s the best thing ever!”
