🌸 Women’s Connection Circle – Terms & Conditions 🌸

1. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are to be made online via the Krystalline Kreations website.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

• Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Tickets are non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, you will still receive the guided meditation recording and reflection prompts from the session.

• Bookings cannot be transferred to a future circle, however you may gift your spot to a friend (please let me know their name in advance).

3. Participation & Well-being

• Circles are a supportive, non-judgmental space for women. By joining, you agree to respect the confidentiality and privacy of other participants.

• Sharing is always optional — you are welcome to simply listen and receive.

• Please arrive on time (5–10 minutes early is ideal) so we can begin together.

• Bring what you need for comfort: a chair or mat, cushion, water bottle, and a light blanket or jumper.

4. Location & Facilities

• Circles are held outdoors under the trees at Slade Point, overlooking the ocean.

• Please note: there are no toilets on site, however public facilities are a 2-minute drive away.

• In the event of unsafe weather, the circle may be rescheduled or relocated. You will be notified by text/email.

5. Responsibility & Liability

• By booking, you acknowledge that Krystalline Kreations is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the circle.

• Circles are not a substitute for professional therapy or medical treatment. Please seek appropriate professional support if needed.
