Join us for an empowering and uplifting 10-week program designed for kids in Grades 4–7 (ages 9–13) to help them connect, grow, and thrive. Our Wild Hearts Well-being classes focus on building emotional resilience, self-care, and mindfulness through fun and engaging activities in a safe, nurturing environment.

🌿 What We Cover in Wild Hearts Well-being:

• Mindfulness exercises to calm the mind and build focus

• Creative activities that encourage self-expression

• Yoga and gentle movement for relaxation and balance

• Gratitude practices to foster positivity

• Breathing techniques and guided meditations for emotional regulation

• Connection-building to create friendships and a sense of community

• Thursdays @ Mackay Surf Club, Harbour
  🕓 Class 1: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  🕓 Class 2: 5:15 PM – 6:15 PM
